Zenbook 14 OLED
Pred nama je još jedan Asusov prijenosnik. Ovaj put je riječ o ultraprijenosnom Zenbooku 14 OLED kodnog naziva UX3405. Kao što mu ime govori, ima 14-inčni OLED ekran koji ima stopu osvježenja slike od 120 Hz. Čvrste je konstrukcije, a teži samo 1,2 kilograma. Donosi novu Intelovu Core Ultra platformu s AI mogućnostima, kao i veliku autonomiju.
U videu otpakiravanja ste mogli vidjeti da je kutija malo ekskluzivnija, s ručkom na vrhu i da se pri otvaranju prijenosnik lagano uzdiže. Uz njega će kupac osim papirologije dobiti i AC/DC adapter snage 65 W koji može puniti i slabijom snagom od 15 W, a ima USB-C priključak. Ono što je u retail paketu, a nije bilo u našem inženjerskom testnom primjerku je USB-A na RJ45 adapter, i torbica za prijenosnik (sleeve).
Kućište prijenosnika je napravljeno od aluminija, a boja ovisi o kutu gledanja, no službeno je plava - Ponder Blue. Postoji i izvedba u srebrnoj koja se naziva Foggy Silver. S obzirom da je ovo ultra prijenosnik dimenzije su mu relativno malene, kao i masa. Mjeri 312,4 x 220,1 x 14,9 milimetara u širinu, dubinu i visinu, a masa mu je oko 1,2 kilograma. Kućište je aluminijsko, vrlo je čvrsto, a i testirano je na vojni standard MIL-STD 810H.
Ovaj je prijenosnik hardverski u osnovi vrlo sličan Zenbooku Duo 14, samo je u drugom odijelu i s malo slabijim procesorom. Na donjoj se strani nalaze dvije kraće gumene nožice i jedna duža. Ta duža je prema stražnjoj strani, malo je viša i zakošava prijenosnik i tipkovnicu prema korisniku. Sa svih je strana stilski zakošen, a tu nalazimo i rešetke zvučnika. Rešetke za usis hladnog zraka se nalaze ispred stražnje nožice, dok je rešetka ispuha iza nožice. Još jedna se rešetka ispuha nalazi na lijevom boku.
Zenbook 14 OLED ima vrlo nizak profil i zanimljivo je dizajniran s tankim rubovima koji su rezultat zakošene donje stranice. Na poklopcu ima klasične elemente za jednog pripadnika Zenbook obitelji, a jedina zamjerka na materijal je što jako prima otiske prstiju. Šarka poklopca, tj. ekrana je skrivena i otvara se za 180° što je zgodno kada kolegama pokazujete neku prezentaciju. Bočni rubovi ekrana su tanki, a donji i gornji su mrvicu deblji. Na donjem je natpis Asus Zenbook, a na gornjem je FHD webkamera koja ima poklopac za privatnost. Tu su i mikrofoni te IR senzor za Windows Hello funkciju.
Testni model (UX3405MA-PP016W) je došao sa sljedećim specifikacijama:

Razlika između ovoga i nekih drugih je da je Zenbook 14 OLED dosta prigušenijih performansi u tom modu rada, pa smo odlučili prikazati performanse i u Default i u Performance modu kojeg morate ručno odabrati u MyAsus aplikaciji. Svakako treba naglasiti da iako su u Performance modu performanse dosta više, ujedno se drastično podiže i zagrijavanje te buka. Možda je stoga za većinu korisnika i bolje ga ostaviti u Standard modu rada, a samo kad zatrebaju više performanse prebaciti ga u Performance. Sada kad to znamo, možemo prijeći na analizu testova. Vidimo da je Zenbook 14 OLED dosta slabijih performansi u odnosu na Zenbook Duo 14 unatoč tome što procesor ni u tom prijenosniku nije do kraja iskorišten (termalni razlozi). Latitude 9510 je još na tronu prijenosnika koje smo testirali, no ovaj Zenbook 14 OLED je prvi koji mu je došao blizu. U teoriji to znači da bi normalnog uredskog posla uz nešto nižu osvijetljenost ekrana (mi testiramo na 100%) mogao na bateriji izgurati i puna dva radna dana - izvrsno. Punjenje baterije je zadovoljavajuće brzo i od 2 do 80% kapaciteta se napuni za oko sat vremena, dok mu za preostali dio do 100% treba još oko 40 minuta.Zagrijavanje i buka
Performance mod
S obzirom na to da smo ovaj prijenosnik testirali i u Standard modu s kojim dolazi iz tvornice i u Performance modu, osvrnut ćemo se na oba. U Standard modu je zadovoljavajuće tih te smo izmjerili buku od oko 39,5 dB(A) i maksimalnu temperaturu od 41,8°C tik iznad tipkovnice. Kada prebacimo u Performance mod, buka raste na vrlo čujnih 48 dB(A), a temperatura na 44°C. Svakako za svakodnevne zadaće preporučujemo ostaviti prijenosnik u Standard modu, a kada vam eventualno zatrebaju visoke performanse (obrada fotografija, videa, 3D renderiranje i slično) onda prebacite u Performance mod kako bi se zadatak čim brže izvršio - vidjeli smo kolika je razlika u performansama kod Blendera.Zaključak
Zenbook 14 OLED je kompaktan, čvrst i lagan ultraprijenosnik koji dolazi s novom Intelovom Core Ultra platformom, odličnim OLED ekranom i izvrsnom autonomijom. Dizajn je privlačan, kvaliteta izrade i materijala na visokoj razini, a dobre su i multimedijalne mogućnosti. U tvorničkom Standard modu performanse nisu impresivne i 155H procesor je dosta prigušen, ali Performance mod uz visoku buku otkriva pravi potencijal. I/O mogućnosti su solidne, no svakako nam fali čitač MicroSD kartica za potpuni dojam. Tipkovnica je solidna, touch pad s dodanom mogućnosti Numpada je jako dobar i ovo je lijepo zaokružen ultraprijenosnik koji će se svidjeti mnogima. Asus nije pretjerivao ni s cijenom i ona je u hrvatskim informatičkim trgovinama oko 1.450 € za sličnu izvedbu kao i na testu.
