Porast performansi kod overclockinga nije naročit jer GPU radi na prosječnih 1.570 MHz, dakle tek malo više od referentnog boost-a. Ipak, uz podizanje i memorije na 900 MHz, došli smo do oko 5% povećanja u prosjeku. Pri tom je potrošnja cijelog sistema narasla i do 45 W u pojedinim naslovima pa su učinci overclockinga vrlo upitni.

Ukupna maksimalna potrošnja sistema je za 10 W veća od onoga s referentnom karticom i to je vrlo dobar rezultat, s obzirom na to kako ipak radi na prosječno dosta višim taktovima te donosi veće performanse.

Sapphire je s ovom karticom odradio odličan posao, puno bolji nego Asus kod STRIX Vega 64 kartice. Ventilatori su tihi (oko 46 dB pri 2.000 okretaja), a GPU se zagrijava do “samo” 66°C.
