Porast performansi overclockingom je velik već i kod uključenog PBO-a. Vidi se koliko je ovaj procesor prigušen i koliko može dati kada mu se da prilika. Ručnim overclockingom smo ostvarili još malo pomaka u performansama. U oba slučaja trebate pripremiti doabr hladnjak je s oko 78 W, potrošnja procesora raste i do 150 W.

Memorijske performanse su solidne u svemu osim u zapisu. Overclocking procesora ne donosi znatnija povećanja propusnosti kao što to donosi overclocking same memorije, no malog porasta ipak ima.

Potrošnja sistema je mjerena s OCCT-ovim large testom kao i kod ostatka procesora i vidimo koliko je Ryzen 7 5700X zapravo prigušen. 138 W naspram 183 W koliko troši Ryzen 7 5800X je velika razlika. No razlika je i u performansama. Ono što je impresivnije je potrošnja u odnosu na i7-12600K (226 W) s kojim je blizak po performansama. Zen 3 je jednostavno puno efikasnija arhitektura u odnosu na Alder Lake.
