U ovom prvom testu čistih x86 performansi vidimo kako je 9950X postigao za 5,2% bolji rezultat od 7950X što i nije neka sreća, očekivali smo veći generacijski skok za ovaj najjači procesor. Je malo efikasniji pri tom no o tome ćemo nešto kasnije. 9900X je s druge strane postigao još slabiji skok od 3,3% u odnosu na 7900X.

Zen 5 i puna AVX512 podrška malo ubrzava ovaj test, no voljeli bi da su procesori ove generacije dobili pravi NPU.

U prvom je testu razlika između 9950X i 7950X izvrsnih 22,2%! Takvo nešto smo očekivali u svim testovima. S druge strane, u kompleksnijem drugom testu (Gooseberry) je razlika pala na samo 8%. Nije loše, no trebalo je to biti puno bolje.

9900X je u prvom testu postigao također odličnih 21,5% prednosti u odnosu na 7900X, a u drugom nemamo rezultat za 7900X. Ipak, u oba testa vidimo da su performanse 9900X bliske i7-14700K

U Cinebench 23 nT testu 9950X je za oko 10,7% brži od 7950X, a 9900X za oko 12% od 7900X što i nisu tako loši rezultati. Kod 1T testa je razlika 7,34% kod jačih procesora, te 6,9% kod slabijih. Naravno, u korist novijih modela.

U novijem Cinebenchu nemamo rezultat za 7900X, no imamo za 7950X kojeg imamo pri ruci za testove. Ovdje vidimo razliku od slabašnih 4,4% u nT testu, i solidnijih 9,8% i 1T testu.

U Corona testu je razlika u performansama između 9950X i 7950X oko 9%, a između 9900X i 7900X oko 6,8%. Tu već vidimo pad porasta performansi.

Opet su oba procesora sporija od svojih prethodnika, no treba biti fer i priznati da Handbrake malo čudno radi i naravno ne koristi sve raspoložive jezgre, nego njih 8. Ipak, nije očekivano da će novi procesori koji imaju malo više taktove i IPC performanse biti sporiji!

JetStream 2 kombinira JavaScript i Web Assembly benchmarke koji pokrivaju različite napredne poslove i tehnike programiranja te izbacuje rezultat na temelju toga. Oba procesora su ovdje debelo podbacila. Puno su sporiji od prethodnika ali i od 9600X te 9700X.

Ovdje vidimo porast performansi od 13,24% za 9950X u odnosu na 7950X. S 9900X se ovdje desilo nešto čudno pa je on čak 8% sporiji od 7900X. Provjeravali smo više puta, ali je rezultat uvijek bio isti.
