PCMark 10 mjeri općenite performanse sistema i ovdje je dosta bitan takt procesora. Kao i kod testa 2990WX procesora vidimo kako PCMARK 10 nije prilagođen velikom broju threadova pa niži rezultat koji je 2970WX postigao ne treba iznenaditi. Ti procesori nisu namijenjeni svakodnevnim zadaćama, nego za workstation primjeni, content creation-u i programima koji znaju iskoristiti sve njihove threadove. 2920X s druge strane se pokazao kao puno primjereniji i svakodnevnim zadaćama zbog viših prosječnih taktova na kojima njegove jezgre rade.

7-Zip ispravno prepoznaje sve raspoložive threadove, no ne koristi ih u potpunosti jer uvelike ovisi i o brzini pristupa jezgara memoriji. Kod 2990WX-a i 2970WX-a je on ograničen za dva Die elementa, tj. za pola procesora. Infinity Fabric je opterećen, nastaje “gužva” u pristupu i performanse pate. Ovako će biti u svim tetsovima koji ovise o memoriji. Oni koji ne ovise poput rendera, će biti brži.

S druge strane, 2920X ovdje ima vrlo visok rezultat, puno viši i od 1920X i od 1950X pa tu nešto ponovno “ne štima” s ispravnim prepoznavanjem procesora.

Blender je pravi alat za sve više dretvene zadaće i svi procesori pravilno skaliraju. Tako vidimo i solidan napredak 2920X-a u odnosu na 1920X od oko 6.4%.

Cinebench je također pravi teren za ovakve procesore i 2970WX postiže odličan rezultat, dok je 2920X oavj put za 7.2% oko brži od 1920X-a.

Corona Renderer je fototrealistični renderer dostupan za Autodeskov 3ds Max ili kao standalone CLI aplikacija. Razvija se i verzija za Maxon Cinemu 4D. Dostupan je i benchmark koji automatski renderira scenu i izbacuje rezultat u sekundama, te u Rays/sec.

Corona je idealan usage case scenario za procesore s puno jezgri. Kod testa s 2970WX procesorom se rušio nakon pokretanja, a problem nismo uspjeli riješiti ni na čistom operativnom sistemu. 2920X nije imao tih problema i za oko 8.3% je brži od 1920X.

DaVinci Resolve je video editor koji kombinira online i offline editiranje, color correction, audio post produkciju i vizualne efekte. Reslove bi trebao biti u stanju koristiti sve raspoložive threadove i u praksi ih i koristi, no ne svo vrijeme.

Za spajanje dva 4K videa nam je s 2970WX-om bilo potrebno 67 sekudni, što je i malo slabiji rezultat nego s 2950X, a 2920X ovdje nije donio nikakav napredak u performansama, nego je čak i mrvicu sporiji.

I Handbrake ima problema s više od 32 threada pa je najbrži u poretku i dalje 2950X. 2920X donosi tek oko 1.1% napretka u odnosu na 1920X.

V-Ray Benchmark je proizvod ChaosGroup-a koji je stand-alone aplikacija za mjerenje performansi procesora i grafike u renderiranju. Dostupan je za 3ds Max, Mayu, Cinemu 4D, Blender, SketchUp itd.

On pravilno koristi 2970WX procesor koji je postigao odličan rezultat i smjestio se između 2990WX i 2950X procesora. 2920X je u ovom testu brži za oko 5.6% od 1920X-a.

I konačno wPrime koji koristi sve threadove koje pred njega “bacite”. 2970WX je postigao odlično vrijeme i u skladu s njegova 48-threada, a 2920X je za lijepih 10.7% brži od 1920X-a.
