PCMark 10 mjeri općenite performanse sistema, a 3DMark nam kombinirane performanse snage procesora i grafike. U oba ova testa je i5-10400 tik ispod 10500 što bi bilo i očekivano. Kratkoročno 10500 boosta na 4,2 GHz, a 10400 na 4,1 GHz pa otud i razlika.

U Blenderu prvi put imamo slučaj da je 10400 brži od 10500 i to isključivo zbog ponašanja ploče koja je u ovom slučaju 10400 forsirala na konstantnih 4,0 GHz. Kada s 10500 uključimo MCE tada su i rezultati bolji – 329,52 sekunde.

Novi Cinebench 20 zahtijeva malo više od procesora i 10400 je ponovno iznad, ali samo zbog toga što Hero spusti takt 10500 ispod 4,0 GHz. S uključenim MCE-om na 10500 rezultat se penje na 3.222 bodova.

Corona Renderer je fotorealistični renderer dostupan za Autodeskov 3ds Max ili kao standalone CLI aplikacija. Razvija se i verzija za Maxon Cinemu 4D. Dostupan je i benchmark koji automatski renderira scenu i izbacuje rezultat u sekundama, te u Rays/sec.
Kod Corona benchmarka je 10500 ponovno malo iznad 10400, ali ne puno.

JetStream 2 je browser benchmark koji se fokusira na web aplikacije, koji kombinira JavaScript i Web Assembly benchmarke koji pokrivaju različite napredne poslove i tehnike programiranja te izbacuje rezultat na temelju toga. Veći broj znači bolje performanse, a 10400 je ovdje ipak slabiji od 10500.

Puget Systems je američka tvrtka iz Seattlea koja se bavi gradnjom računala. U svom radu koriste nekoliko benchmarka kojima ocjenjuju brzinu radnih stanica pa tako i ovaj Adobe Premiere Pro benchmark.
Ponovno slabiji rezultat za 10400, takav kakav treba i biti. Kao što vidimo samo je mrvicu brži od 3300X.

V-Ray Benchmark je proizvod ChaosGroup-a koji je stand-alone aplikacija za mjerenje performansi procesora i grafike u renderiranju. Dostupan je za 3ds Max, Mayu, Cinemu 4D, Blender, SketchUp itd.
Opet je 10400 brži, i premda ovaj test ne traje jako dugo, očito je Heroica spustila takt brže kod 10500.
