Oba Intelova se procesora puno bolje snalaze s visokom brzinom memorije, pa je prava šteta što je ovakav 3.600 MHz kit vrlo skup i zapravo neisplativ za nabavku pored takvih zaključanih procesora.

Potrošnja sistema s 10400 procesorom je vrlo slična onome s 10500 zbog razloga koje smo naveli ranije. STRIX ploča duže forsira visoke taktove pogotovo na benchmarcima i Large Data postavci OCCT-a. Samo za usporedbu na uključenom MCE i sa Small Data potrošnja raste na 160W.

Zagrijavanje pod Noctuom D15 je nisko, i čak 10°C niže nego kod 10500. Kada ga umjesto s Large Data, “stisnemo” sa Small Data u OCCT-u temperatura raste na maksimalnih 63°C za jednu jezgru.
